Eric and Kelly Barlow, operate Gourmet Lamb of Wyoming, a family-owned and operated business located at the Barlow Ranch situated on 18,000 acres approximately 37 miles west of Gillette. Kelly and Eric raise Dorper sheep, which thrive in our arid climate. Dorper lamb meat has a finer texture and milder flavor than other lamb and all of their sheep are grass-fed, with no antibiotics or hormones – straight from the prairie to the processor!
