Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food

The Edible Prairie Project is located in Northeast Wyoming, smack dab in the middle of a mixed-grass prairie. The prairie provides our community with important wildlife habitat and supplies essential forage for livestock. Without the prairie we are lost, and our name reflects where we come from. We appreciate and value our local family farmers, ranchers, and producers that depend on the prairie for their livelihood. Through education about our local native ecosystem, we believe we can cultivate food that nourishes our community and our prairie.
